Project Overview
XPRO.AI is an event management platform focused on simplifying ticket sales, attendee registration, event analytics, and operational management. The client, based in Ahmedabad and working in the marketing industry, approached Appifly Infotech through a business reference with the requirement of designing a modern, easy-to-use admin dashboard before moving into development. After understanding their complete workflow, we designed a scalable UI/UX system that enables event organizers to manage every aspect of an event from a single intuitive dashboard while maintaining a premium visual identity aligned with the XPRO.AI brand.
The Challenge
The client needed an admin dashboard capable of handling multiple event management workflows without overwhelming users. The existing concept lacked visual hierarchy, efficient navigation, and a consistent user experience. Large volumes of ticketing data, attendee records, sales reports, coupons, registrations, and event analytics needed to be organized into a clean interface that remained simple, responsive, and easy for both administrators and marketing teams to use on a daily basis.

Appifly Infotech designed a complete UI/UX system in Figma specifically for XPRO.AI's event ticket management platform. We created a modern dashboard featuring structured navigation, analytics dashboards, attendee management, ticket sales monitoring, registration workflows, reports, coupon management, and event operations. Every screen was designed with consistency, accessibility, and scalability in mind, allowing future feature expansion without compromising usability.

Requirement Discovery

Information Architecture

Dashboard UI Design
We designed modern dashboard layouts featuring analytics cards, sales reports, attendee insights, ticket summaries, tables, filters, and data visualizations that improve readability and operational efficiency.
Design System Creation
A reusable design system was established including typography, colors, buttons, forms, cards, tables, icons, spacing, and reusable components to ensure consistency across every screen.
Brand-Centric Visual Design
The interface was designed using a modern color palette inspired by the XPRO.AI branding, combining dark navigation with vibrant dashboard highlights to create a professional and premium product experience.
Developer Handoff
The final Figma files were carefully organized with reusable components, design specifications, responsive layouts, and development-ready assets to ensure a smooth implementation process.
